Coaching is not an overnight deliverable. It is an ongoing partnership with stated goals and objectives toward specific areas of development, learning or change. As individual as each of my clients are, I also believe our coaching collaboration deserves customized attention. We’ll work together to design the best program for you, based on your needs and goals. To ensure maximum effectiveness and support of a client's needs over time, most programs are 3 or 6 months in duration.
Whether you're an individual seeking coaching independently, a leader whose company (or manager) has invested in you and your talent development, or someone seeking direct coaching for a high potential team, our program approach will be designed collaboratively.
Throughout our work together, we may utilize a range of tools, readings and models. Strength and Character Assessments can also be an incredibly powerful tool to aid in our coaching work, whether individual or team oriented. Additionally, 360 Feedback tools can provide critical insights, reflections and opportunities for action, including awareness of differences between how we think we are perceived and how others actually see us. If you work in an organization that already utilizes those, we can incorporate existing ones into our work together. Alternately, we can explore an appropriate assessment for you.
With extensive background in corporate PR, communications and branding, I also consult for clients on their diverse PR and communication needs. Whether an extension of our coaching work focused on executive presentation, media and communication training, or separate PR consulting work for your business, my goal is to help my clients get results and realize their greatest potential.
